View details of the message like the timestamp it was sent or delivered.

On Android or iOS

  1. Open the chat with your contact.
  2. Navigate to the desired message.
  3. Tap and hold on the message bubble or to the inside white space of the bubble.
  4. Select  info to view your message details.

Note: To copy the message ID, long press on the received timestamp. There may be no feedback in the app depending on your device when this action is taken, but it will be copied.

On Desktop

  1. Hover to the inside of the message bubble and click  .
  2. Select  info to view your message details.

Note: To copy the message ID, highlight the timestamp including the numbers that follow it in parenthesis, right click and select copy.
